Rebellion rods embody the idea of pushing outside of the norm. Designed and crafted with the looks, specs and features of custom high end rods, yet priced affordably- these rods step outside the norms of the typical bass rods. All models feature our Braiding-X technology to prevent torsion caused by casting and hooksets, and dramatically improve power, operability and sensitivity. Also equipped with our X45 Technology, these rods are designed using a45 degree bias construction that prevents twisting of the blank for greater strength, sensitivity and hook setting power. In contrast to standard carbon rods, which have a higher resin content in the space between the carbon fibers, our HVF (High Volume Fiber) rods such as these are made of a carbon fiber compound with less resin.
