The S Glass tip allows the rod to load for a long smooth cast as well as it allows the rod to flex on the initial bite so the fish gets the bait and you lose less fish with moving baits. Once the rod loads past The S Glass it gets into the Carbon Fiber section of the blank and provides you with plenty of fish fighting power.
