Prime Ribeye Steak –

Ingredients: Ribeye steak, olive oil, and your Prime rub.

Instructions: Season your ribeye steak with the Prime rub and let it sit for at least an hour. Grill to your desired level of doneness and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prime Espresso Chili –

Ingredients: Ground beef, beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and your Prime rub.

Instructions: Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic, then add in tomatoes, beans, and Prime rub to taste. Simmer until all flavours are melded together.

Prime Pulled Pork –

Ingredients: Pork shoulder, BBQ sauce, and your Prime rub.

Instructions: Apply the Prime rub to the pork shoulder and slow roast until it falls apart. Mix with your favourite BBQ sauce and serve on buns for a killer pulled pork sandwich.
