The VMC Wacky Tool makes applying wacky rings to soft plastic worms easy. Simply insert your worm into the hollow tube and roll the wacky ring onto any position of the worm you like. Then thread your hook between the ring and the worm. It’s that simple. The other end of the tool is tapered so it will fit any size wacky ring.
